Pour a lot of positive feelings and thoughts on a negative one.

What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

I really am doing this all the time because we all deal with the negative feelings and thoughts but the worst thing is that they are very strong and let you just reach the bottom, but what I do is always to pour my positive thoughts and feelings that make the negative feelings lower down and down.

I also do the breath work this is also the best technique.
