Feeling is something that you don’t have any control on it. You can feel happy, sad, love, alone, curious, at every moment of your life. This blog is all about the feeling fluctuation, how your feeling change and sometime you even don’t realize.

1. Lack of contact – this can be happen to you because of you are not in contact with the people. If you make new contacts and friends than you feel happy and not alone. 2. Try to be more expressive – to avoid a feeling of sadness and loneliness try to be more expressive, just express yourself it leads you to release all your pressure and you feel very light and calm. And when you have no pressure, you just be relaxed and happy. So, try to be expressive and enjoy your life.
3. Incomplete sleep – If you don’t take your full sleep than might be you feel alone and sad. Full sleep is very important for your mental freshness and happiness but if you don’t have your complete sleep than your body feel very heavy which makes you feel sad and if you are sad, you can’t feel fresh which makes you irritating and you just feel so alone and sad.
4. Relax your mind and body – it is very indispensable for you to be relax yourself. Relaxation keeps you feel energetic, happy and charged full day. Your mind need relax at a time, you can’t work continuesly. Even your body is not a machine, you have to give time to your body as well. If your mind and body is relaxed than you will never be sad and alone.
5. Stop over thinking – Don’t over think about anything, let the things happen you can’t control them . Over thinking will not solve your any problem its just makes your mental health worse . So stop over thinking and try to be happy.
Feeling is something is natural we everyone have feelings and we all want to have it. Love yourself and be happy and enjoy each and every moment of your life.
