Our mind is a complex structural organ in our body . More often we humans think about who controls whom , is it us who controls our mind or is it our mind that controls us ? This blog is about concerning about mind and it’s peace .
What is peace of mind – first of all it is very important to understand what is peace of mind and why do we talk about it more often ? As our mind plays a lot of functional activities on daily basis , it becomes more and more complex for all of us because our mind is a multi- Tasker as we all know , at all such situations and work our brain needs a proper rest , Rest is here not about sleep and that’s it , a proper rest of our mind so that it gets fresh and calm . This is where we need our mind to achieve peace. Peace of mind is simply a proper position where our brain feel healthy , calm , stress free and balanced .
What are the ways to achieve peace of mind – Now a days , people do perform a lot of things to achieve it for instance, yoga and meditation, go for vacations to have fun , cultural activities, religion activities, reading and many more . Yes these are very important things to do when we talk about our peace of mind and relaxation but there are few more things that are very necessary to perform altogether with these activities.
When we talk about peace of mind I must suggest to all that asks yourselves first why suddenly you are in need to do this because you were doing good before so what so sudden brought you here that you feel your mind needs a proper peace , now you must’ve think about why I am saying you all to do this , I have an amazing fact here so as soon as you ask this question to yourselves, the thing that troubles you a lot and brought you here appears in front of you and tells you that it’s me who is troubling you this is where you got the problem. Now you are having a thing that is harming our peace and now it’s time to stop troubling more enough.
Now analyse your problem how big it is ? Is it bigger than your health and life ? Is it bigger than your happiness? Is it matters you more than anything in this world ? And the most important question is it bigger than your mental health? What do you get in answer please comment and share it . So you have the answers now some of do have the answers that yes it is bigger than anything because that matters a lot to you now I do have an advice here just write it down on a paper exactly what is troubling and secondly go to a place close to nature and throw it out speak about it in details everything that you feel is causing you .
Now third and a last step here to do is as you spoke about everything and wrote it down as well , now you must’ve know by now your problem can be solve or not , if it is than solve it and if it cannot be solve than why you are troubling your mind . My suggestion here is don’t think about those things that are out of your reach or control , let the nature handle them not your mind because mind is for fresh thoughts only , that is why it is creative.
